For auction is a 1970s Patek Philippe Ref. 3579-1 Blue Dial stainless steel caliber 23-300 33mm. The Good: 1. Overall very nice condition, one of the nicest in the market. The case retains its original polish with a sunburst finish on the bezel. 2. Blue dial is one of the nicest in the market; many had paint issues or damage. 3. Supposedly only a few hundred of these were made and are the only steel sports watch that Patek made Pre-Nautilus. 4. Has its original box. The Bad: 1. Tiny paint discoloration next to the 6 o'clock marker.
