For auction is a rare 1998 Omega Seamaster 5208.31 Japan Only electric blue waffle dial Dynamic case 36mm stainless steel big crown automatic caliber 1108 on bracelet. First, the good: 1. This is a relatively rare find, all the interesting Japan only dials are with this being perhaps the most prized. It is an interesting slice of neo-vintage Omega being as collectible as it is wearable. This is back when watches were not gigantic and the 36mm size is very much the sweet spot. 2. Case and dial and bracelet condition are nice and lightly worn. 3. An early 'glassbox' style sapphire that mimics an acrylic and really gives the best of all worlds. And the less good: 1. That the bracelet will fit up to a 7" wrist. 2. It is unpolished and shows the wear it has accrued in its lifetime on the brushed and polished surfaces. Other than that this is a nice pre-owned rare piece.
