For auction is a 2020 Hermes Arceau L’Heure De La Lune AR1.890a limited to 100 pieces 43mm 18k white gold caliber H1837 automatic full set aventurine and mother of pearl dial. The Good: 1. A rare and truly exceptional piece of horological art from Hermes: the patented complication of two subdials, one for time and one for date that rotate around the dial over the course of lunar cycle (every 59 days). 2. Full set (comes with a gigantic box) working and functioning correctly in very nice condition. 3. A watch that wowed the watch press when it was first released, the patent module for the rotating subdials makes this watch something very much spectacular. 4. The Aventurine and Mother of Pearl dial is simply incredible in person and in direct sunlight. Truly a wow piece. The Bad: 1. Nothing, this is a well preserved full set and very fine example.
